AI Photo Pack License
This license applies to Starter, Creator, PRO, and Studio custom AI photo packs sold by PrimeAdult / East Block Collection. Your order receipt identifies the selected tier.
Personal use and non-monetized posts on your own social accounts.
Publishing and monetization on one buyer-controlled channel.
Commercial publishing on buyer-controlled websites, social accounts, fan pages, and subscription pages.
Commercial publishing on up to five buyer-controlled channels.
After full payment, you may use the delivered files within the limits of the tier shown on your receipt. Every tier is worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
You may
- Post on the buyer-controlled channels authorized by your selected tier.
- Monetize views and place posts behind your own paywall where Creator, PRO, or Studio rights permit it.
- Crop, resize, color-correct, add captions, and add your own logo.
- Keep authorized posts online without additional royalties.
You may not
- Resell or redistribute the files as downloads, stock, templates, datasets, NFTs, merchandise, or standalone content packs.
- Sublicense them, transfer them to clients or agencies, or use them for paid advertising or client campaigns.
- Claim exclusivity or ownership of the character, prompts, seeds, workflows, generation model, or production system.
- Use the files for AI training, a competing AI-model business, trademark registration, deception, or illegal activity.
Platform hosting
You may grant a platform only the technical license it requires to host and display an authorized post. This does not permit a separate resale or sublicense.
AI identity and disclosure
The character is fictional. You must not present her as a real woman, a real customer, or a real endorsing influencer. Where a post is advertising or promotional material, use a conspicuous disclosure such as “AI-generated synthetic performer.” Paid advertising requires a separate written B2B license.
Rights and copyright
To the extent PrimeAdult owns copyright or other protectable rights in the delivered files, those rights are licensed only as stated here. PrimeAdult does not promise that every purely AI-generated element is independently copyrightable or that third-party copying can always be prevented.
Real-person likenesses
Do not request or use the recognizable likeness of a real person without that person’s written authorization. The package is for an original fictional adult character only.
Termination
A material breach ends this license. Expanded rights for paid ads, white-label use, agencies, client work, more channels, exclusivity, or merchandise require a separate written B2B agreement.
